- Send from your dispatch system
- Trigger each update from your own software through the API, with the waybill number as your reference.
- Put a number to call
- Customers can't reply to a sender name, so include the rider's or office's number.
- Already using software that sends SMS?
- If it sends through mNotify, Arkesel, Hubtel or SMSOnlineGH, change one address in its settings and it sends through Hova. No developer needed.
