Good to know
- Put each child's name in the message
- Upload your class list from Excel with the parent's number and the child's name. Write {{first_name}} in the message and each parent gets their child's name.
- Keep grades out of texts
- Say the report is ready and where to collect it. A text can be read by anyone holding the phone.
- Already using software that sends SMS?
- If it sends through mNotify, Arkesel, Hubtel or SMSOnlineGH, change one address in its settings and it sends through Hova. No developer needed.
