The healthcare rate

per SMS, before VAT. No monthly fee.

  • For facilities licensed by HeFRA: hospitals, clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centres and pharmacies.
  • Apply from your dashboard with your licence number or certificate. Most applications are answered within one working day.
  • Your wallet needs at least GH₵1,120 (about 40,000 texts) when the application is approved. After that, top up any amount.
  • Your whole balance sends at the healthcare rate. Optional: you can stay on regular pricing.

Using MediHov?

MediHov laboratories connect Hova from MediHov's settings in one click: sign in, choose your sender name and allow. Sample, payment and results texts then go out under your lab's name, and their delivery reports come back to MediHov.

Patient privacy

Anyone holding a phone can read its texts. Say that results are ready, never what they are, and keep diagnoses and medicines out of messages. The templates are written this way.
