- Use the same sender name everywhere
- An approved sender name, used for every message, helps customers tell your texts from scams.
- Connect your core banking or loan software
- Send receipts the moment a payment is posted, through the API. Your reference on each message stops a retry from texting the customer twice.
- Keep account details short
- Show only the last digits of an account number. Anyone holding the phone can read a text.
